We accept refunds or exchanges only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Any item reported after 48 hours of delivery.


4. Process for Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@orbixx.store or WhatsApp at [your number] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Send clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage.

  3. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the product to our return address.

  4. Refund or Exchange:

    • Exchange: We will send you the replacement product.

    • Refund: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after inspection.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of wrong address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.

  • For discounted or promotional items, refunds may be issued as store credit instead of cash.
